| Q：What do we need to ride in Japan? |
A：Your rider’s permit issued by your country(over 250cc)and International Driving Permit or original permit of translated into Japanese version. Depends on countries, your requirements are different. Please refer to “Requirement” for details or feel free to ask us anytime. |

| Q：Where do I obtain this Japanese translation? |
A：Your rider’s permit issuing organization, your country’s embassy/consular office in Japan or Japan Automobile Federation(JAF)(Please refer to “Requirement” for details) |
| Q：Do you TOURINX translate my permit to Japanese? |
A：Yes, we do offer that service. Please inquire us separately. It may take us some two month, so please do so taking it into account. |
| Q：Can I inquire and order the route and itinerary planning service only? |
A：No. We offer the tours attended by our staff, only. |
| Q：What kind of lodgings do I stay? |
A：Usually, we stay in the 4 star hotels/Ryokans or better. By your specific requirement, lower rated lodgings can be arranged. Please inquire us with your requirement or budget. |
| Q：In case I am a vegetarian or I do not eat raw fish, can I still participate your touring? |
A：Yes. We will negotiate with the lodgings and restaurants for special meal so that is not a problem. |
| Q：I usually ride small motorcycles, but can I ride a big one like an Harley in your touring? |
A：Yes, you can legally ride the motorcycles permitted in your rider’s permit. However, we do recommend ride the ones of the sizes which you are used to for your safety. |
| Q：Do you accept small groups? |
A：Yes, small groups less than 5 can be arranged without any problem. Please do not hesitate to inquire us. |
| Q：Are short trips such as one or two day trips available? |
A：Yes. There is no problem. Please do not hesitate to inquire us. |
| Q：How in short notice can I inquire? |
A：Usually about two month lead time would be necessary. But in high seasons such as long vacation week or weekend over national holidays may make it difficult to secure the facilities. It is always a good idea to inquire with enough lead time. |
| Q：Do you arrange air tickets, also? |
A：We are sorry but we do not offer that service. Please provide them on your own. |
| Q：Can I request you for specific visiting areas or spots that I want to go? |
A：Yes you can. We will make our maximum effort to cover requested area or spots. However, when it is physically difficult to do so, we will suggest you with alternatives in advance. |
| Q：Do you arrange after the touring activities, such as bus sightseeing, city/outlet shopping or general tourism? |
A：Yes, no problem. We can take care of you from your arrival in Japan until your departure. |
| Q：May I request some local food at local facilities, not the meal provided by the hotels that I stay? |
A：Yes, you may. We can arrange some local Izakaya tavern for typical Japanese food culture. However, depending on where we stay, those may not be available, so please inquire us first. |
| Q：Can I request special meals? |
A：Yes, no problem. Please inquire us about the meals like meat or fish. But there may be some cases that we may not be able to comply with your request a 100%. |
| Q：May we stop by at motorcycle dealers or bike shops and do shopping? |
A：Yes. We can do it before, during and after the touring. |
| Q：I want to ride with Japanese riders and befriended. |
A：Yes, that is possible. It may cost some such as the participants’ lunch but please inquire us specifically first. |
| Q：Can I inquire a dinner cruise? |
A：Yes, that can be arranged depending on which city we stay in. |
| Q：Any insurance information available? |
A：Please purchase one of those travel insurance on your own before you leave your country. Please inquire us with your specific questions anyway. |
